Welcome to the Plume Avenue Nursery website.
Well, we're right back into the swing of things, with only five weeks to go until the end of this term.
The thought of the rapidly approaching Summer Break is now with us and with it we will say goodbye to our eldest group as they head off to 'big school' come the start of next term.
Due to a booking of the Church, there has had to be a change to the date of the Summer Play, this will now take place on TUESDAY 14th JULY 2009.
As always, everyone is welcome to attend so make sure Mums, Dads, Nans, Grandads, Aunts, Uncles, Dogs, Cats, Hamsters & Gerbils have all made a note in their diaries of the new date - TUESDAY 14 JULY 2009.
Those of you who have one should now be in possession of your latest invoice, please ensure these are cleared as soon as possible.
As for spaces for September, if your child is currently attending and you haven't already put in your request for sessions, please have a word with Steve as soon as possible.
We do appreciate there are a lot of people on the waiting list and we will endeavour to contact you, in turn, when spaces come up for September. Please remember the waiting list is held in date of birth order with the eldest children having priority.
Finally, as a pre-emptor for September, there will be a change of policy with regard to lunchbox contents.
In accordance with 'Healthy Eating' guidelines and to stop any 'difficult/awkward' discussions, Plume Avenue Nursery will remove any & all chocolate based products from lunchboxes from the start of next term
We appreciate that chocolate snacks are not all the same and some may come under the heading of 'biscuit' as opposed to 'sweets' but a large number of lunchboxes this term are starting to become more chocolate than anything else!!
